Bechet’s disease is characterized by iridocyclitis with recent attacks of hypopyon or sometimes hyphemia occurring in a young healthy induvial. Exact cause not known. Some said it’s viral, some have isolated inclusion bodies from vitreous and sub retinal fluid.
Others believe it is hypersensitivity to Staphylococcal toxins or autoimmune disease to buccal mucosa.
