Case presentation A 74-year-old woman presented to the ED with central chest pain radiating to her back. She described the pain as ‘unbearable’ and ‘tearing’ in nature. The woman provided the pain severity as 10/10. History The woman has a long history of hypertension and consumed bendroflumethiazide tablet. However, she does not take any other medication.
