The rationale behind the increase in medical seats if considered and the motive idea of increasing seats in any country is no doubt at its primary level it is always to provide excellence health care for all patients including rural people. Actually every village should have a medical college to provide 24 hours of health care delivery to attend emergency and non-emergency cases.
