many docs who have done dnb training in broad speciality for three years are unable to clear the exam for years even after multiple attempts,these doctors are employed as senior residents in several hospitals and may work as registrar to.my question is at what level can these docs practice as they have worked in the respective speciality for years . what are the legal guidelines?
