Persistent headache, dizziness, numb feeling in face and hoarseness led the 25 years old fellow to the hospital. All the neurological examinations suggested the central nervous system idiopathic inflammatory demyelinating disease. However, a differential diagnosis of CSF and serum hinted towards a CNS pathological condition.
