An ambulance brought a 25-year-old male complaining of severe occipital headache and vomiting from his workplace to the hospital. He described the headache as “the worst ever headache of my life” and stated that it started suddenly, after stressful computer work. The intensity of the headache did not minimize after taking 200 mg of ibuprofen. History There was no history of any head trauma, intense physical exertion, fever, changes in vision, photophobia, or any other associated symptoms.
He mentioned that 2 days before presentation, he had a headache of similar intensity and it resolved after taking medication.
