An alcoholic had MI 3days back, treatment started. As I use IM or oral Thiamine in all alcoholics pt whenever I treat them for Gastro enteritis, vomitings, Hypertention and other problems. This pt is an alcoholic and his job is to spray pesticides in restaurants, homes, in massive amounts, had MI.

I want to use Thiamine in his treatment. Can I use it? Please tell if any hazardous situation can arise?
