A second gravida previous lscs due date is 1st August. 20 weeks anomaly scan showing right kidney mild hydronephrosis. Kidney hydronephrosis fetal. Scan at 24 weeks showing right fetal kidney normal, left kidney hydronephrosis, amniotic fluid normal, patient comp of epigastric discomfort.
USG showing right fetal kidney mild hydronephrosis. lf kidney hydronephrosis bladder is full and hydramnios rest findings unremarkable. I had planned lSCS after late July. Should I go ahead to prevent advanced pressure in fetal kidney and bladder or wait for another 8 to 10 days?
