A 60 years old diabetic hypertensive after CABG was prescribed metoprolol SR 50 mg. Before CABG he was on amlodipine 10 mg and telmisartan 40 mg per day. Now for the last three days his systolic pressure in the range of 160 to 180 and diastolic 90 to 98 mmHg.
His RBS 170 mmHg. Kindly advise treatment for this case.
