A 30 years male admitted with abdominal pain, jaundice and huge mass in the upper abdomen. Investigated and complete diagnosis was, hereditary spherocytosis, haemolytic jaundice, gall stones. CBD stones. With pancreatitis.

After treating pancreatitis conservatively through rooftop incision splenectomy, cholecystectomy and CBD exploration done. Since the spleen was very large (30/15cms) we planned open surgery. The patient recovered well and discharged on 12th post operation day.
