A baby completed 9 months and was immunised by MMR vaccine on left anterior lateral aspect of thigh subcutaneously on 26th Nov 2015. Exactly after 10 days he developed 5- 6 rashes on body and developed a small non-tender lump on the injection site. During night he cries a lot and don't allow to touch leg.

What treatment should be given? Kindly give any suggestion.
