An elderly male 65, presented with left upper quadrant mass, known hypertensive No pallor,HR105,BP164/104,PA-tender moderate splenomegay. Other systems NAD.Reports 5-HB1 3 gms, TLC44056, AEC75, RBC 6 millions, REtic1.0,PCV 50, MCV 82, MCH 25 less by 2, MCHC31, RDW high by 10, PBS-RBC lines-Dimorphic with macrocytes, Target cells and polychromatophilic cells. WBC lines-severely increased with shift to left.N72,M2,myelocytes11,promyelocyes.2,monos02 and basophils00.ESR06.platelets-adequate.
