Nephroptosis or kidney descent is one of the kidney disorders that does not exhibit any characteristic symptoms and may remain undiagnosed for several days or months. Although the condition can be suspected from a careful physical examination, a detailed radiologic investigation plays an essential role in confirming the disease. The present case report describes a rare presentation of a post-delivery complication in a woman.
