In his editorial in the TOIN on 10th Sept, eminent cardiologist Dr. Devi Shetty commented "If we look at the top causes of death  in India, heart diseases, liver failure, psychiatric illness, accidents, Pneumonia, & TB. Doctors without PG qualifications can't treat any of  these cases.
