A 30yr old female with a complaint of red rashes with itching all over body same complain with patner their HSV 1and2 are positive. I started them on acyclovir but dey didn't respond for it so I switched on to valacyclovir and local application of ointment for which they respond good. After 1month they again visited for wich now she have only itching all over body and very dry hands and mildly broken skin over hands and palm for which I went for TORCH which came positive for rubella and CMV too.
Both partners HIV is negative. Please guide for further management.
