Young male presented with Left Parotid Selling. USG/CT confirmed it to be a Parotid but attached with deep lobe. No Lymphnodes were palpable. FNAC : Mixed Parotid Tumor Peroperatively tumor was arising from deep Lobe.
Facial was isolated & spared. Total Parotidectomy was carried out. Postoperative mild facial paresis was present for which physiotherapy was advised. Final HP report was Mixed Parotid Tumor.
