With current evidence of neonatal mortality in the country, it is of utmost importance to assess the neonatal facilities available in our hospitals. Especially, the government hospitals seem to be deficient in having the emergency facilities for newborn care.

According to you, what are the current needs in designing the better infrastructure of childcare hospitals?
