Training young Anesthesiologists WITH ULTRASOUND guidance alone (for nerveblocks, central lines etc) incapacitates them at places where ULTRASOUND is not available. If ultrasound equipment is Not working for aNY cause..Should they stop working? ?
Train them with surface Anatomy guidance first ..Then giv them ultrasound guided Training .. Training should be Tailored-- so that they can work in any situation…remote rural setups also ..
