An elderly who is a known case of CHF/CAD/BPH & Parkinsons disease is on regular treatment with the following medications: ecosprin 75+atorvstatin 10mg pantoprazole 40mg Isosorbide mononitrate 30mg occasional torasemide+spironolactone 10mg digoxin 25mg 1/2 tablet5/7 laxative lactulose 15ml hs carvedilol 3.125 mg od pramipexole 0.125mg two tablets bd tab carbidopa+levodopa one tds tab role 0.5mg bd tab calcium carbonate 250mg HS Tamsulosin 0.4mg After dinner, he develops orthostatic hypotension since several days. H is serum electrolytes, kidney functions, CBC are normal, water intake 1.5 litres to 2 litres.

How should we manage this case?
