A 2nd gravida lady immediately giving birth to a healthy 2.8 kg baby vaginally, developed numbness in left leg specially in medial aspect feet involving great toe, mobility restricted to ankle and also to a lesser extent in knee joint. During her 1st delivery similar episode occurred but severity was less.
She gradually recovered with conservative treatment with vitamins and steroid. In antenatal period, she has H/O twitching of gluteal muscle in left side.No stirrups were used 2nd time.What may be the cause and management?
