A married for six months female patient with normal FSH and prolactin. LH is marginally raised. She was prescribed three courses of letrozole. The second and third cycles she was prescribed HCG injection on 13 days of cycle. She did not conceive. She was advised follicular study.

It shows follicles you to 10mm and no further growth. Ovarian volume is, 15&16ml. AMH is 15. Please suggest treatment for conception.
