A 53 years old mother,  has b/l osteoarthritis and severe knee joint pain since more than one year. There is no e/o DM, HTN, IHD etc. Her weight is 61 kg.

Two well-known orthopedic surgeons have given advice for Total knee replacement (TKR) and one advised for intra-articular steroid  trial and not TKR, as she is still young for TKR. Kindly share your opinions about way of treatment.
