This patient M/48 came with sudden onset severe epigastric pain with servere burning sensation in the upper abdomen. He was given painkillers and IV Pantroprazole and got temporary relief. His CBC and other test were not significant except for raised ESR 95 and USG W/A reproted - 'Cystic SOL, size 53x52x62mm, with thicked capsule with multiple internal septaoin seen in lef lobe of the liver. Diagnosed as Hydatid Cyst of Liver. The patient is financially constraint and I thought it would be best to start him on Albendazole.

What would you recommend ? Dosage ? and for how long ?
