Hi all, A 60-year-old lady patient with sugar and BP came to me with swelling on left side also asymmetric face; on examining I found periodontitis and deep pockets with some bone loss. The patient is willing for extraction of teeth but I am not; so adviced her some medicine and adv.scalling and called after some days. But my question is for that partial bell's palsy is there any treatment or medicine available?

If yes please suggest me. Thank you.
