Some patients present with chronic irritating,persistent cough ,mostly dry in nature not responding to traditional treatment with antibiotics ,anti allergics even up to carticosteroids and bronchodilators. Such patients are in habbit to consult large No. of specialists and superspecialsts and give history of having consulted or ready to consult any one anywhere, in want of relief.
I feel some sensitive granule present in throat might be the causative factor. Most of them are non smokers and /or tobaco users Please give your opinion for treatment
