Dear friends, had a male patient of age 45 with Typhoid.. Patient took Inj.Ceftriaxone, T.Ofloxacin, then followed by a course of T.Cefixime+Ofloxacin.. came to me.. started on Inj.Ceftriaxone 1 gm BD with T.Ciprofloxacin, already 5 days now..

no fever.. but pt slightly restless with occasional panic attacks, insomnia, foreign body sensation over the trunk.. titre is still 1:160 both O and H.. Further approach and management???
