A 60-year-old male presented with flank pain and vomiting, Ultrasound reveled a 5x6 cm renal mass arising from the upper pole. CECT was suggestive of renal cell carcinoma. There was extensive metastasis in the peritoneum, pleura, ribs and vertebrae.
He does not have any comorbidity, renal mass is confined to the Gerota's fascia without any extension to the vessels. What should be the further plan of treatment?
