A 9 year old male child  presented to me 3 weeks back with pain in right hip joint since 5 days .pain mild,more at rest.No history of trauma or fever.TLC 11000, ESR 10.MRI shows synovitis with small fluid collection in Hip joint.Quantiferon gold for Tuberculosis is negative.Patient was given bed rest with traction, given I/V antibiotics and oral antiinflammatory for one week.patient was pain free with no history of fever. He was given oral antibiotics and rest for 2 weeks.Now patient is having occasional moderate pain at night with occasional fever since last 3 days.Repeat MRI shows synovitis with Fluid collection similar to previous MRI.PLease suggest further management?
