Recently I have been coming across a no. Of Pts. with persistent dry irritating cough which usually follow an episode of upper respiratory tract infections.
After a course of antibiotics and antihistamines and analgesic fever and other ailments subside but dry irritating cough persists for about couple of weeks. Will you please suggest any cure for this menace. I like to add that I am practising in B'lore which is a highly polluted city with a temperature variations of 10 to 12 degrees in 24hrs.
