Introduction: As we know, the world is moving and changing in bullet trains speed and internet world jumping in 2G to 4G speed. World's people demand quick, smart, time-saving, quality and effortless items. Medical field also shifted from open surgery to minimal access surgery to robotic surgery. Changes and evolution are constant parameters seen in every speciality, but no significant change has been seen in cesarean operation in last few decades. Early discharge of LSCS mother has its own pros and cons, so every gynecologist selects no or 0% complication and discharges mother after 4 to 7 days.
