Recently cabinet approved 20 new AIIMS, If we talk about infrastructure still the 6 AIIMS plus others AIIMS approved during last 15 years are yet to function properly. A lot of faculty posts are lying vacant. AIIMS Bhopal is without a full-time director for the last three years. Even AIIMS Delhi needs funds, how can we expect all these AIIMS to attain the same status.
Starting new projects always need a huge amount of investment. Instead, the Govt could have to spend money on existing medical colleges and health care facilities. Please share your views.
