A 29 year old male, known case of Type I DM since he was 19 years old (MODY) is on Insulin & OHAs. Earlier was admitted with episodes of DKA (reports not available).Now sugars are under control. He also gives a history of seizures since 2 years. EEG done once is normal.

Are the seizures as a result of fluctuating sugar levels? What tests need to be done? What is the management?Can he be started on epileptics?
