A 55-years-old, undiagnosed and unattended patient, after diagnosis of hyperthyroidism, started on Carbimazole 10mg tablet, propranolol 10mg my b.i.d, alprazolam calcium and Vitamin D. The patient came after three days c/o unable to the take breath after meals.

I thought it can be a congestive failure due to beta. What can we manage this case?
