Renal cell carcinoma can spread to other parts of your body from a mass of cancer cells or tumor. This is known as metastasis. This takes place in one of three ways: Cancer cells infiltrated the tissue surrounding the tumor in your kidney. Cancer spreads from your kidney to your lymph system, which has vessels all over your body.
Kidney cancer cells enter your bloodstream and travel to another organ or location in your body. You may find it interesting in my recent webinar with Docplexus regarding "Malignant Pleural Effusion". Click here to watch !
