Case presentation A 45-year-old woman developed a tingling sensation and numbness in her hands and difficulty raising her arms above the shoulder for one year. After that, she was diagnosed with compressive cervical neuropathy, for which she was operated. Six months prior to this, the patient developed pain and swelling of small joints of the hands, followed by elbow and knee joints. Along with the joint involvement, she developed asymptomatic skin-colored lesions over the nose, which started spreading to her entire face, hands, forearms, arms, and upper chest and were waxing and waning in nature.
