Studies show best results are seen when Oseltamivir is given on Day1. But Government of India guideline asks us to give tab Oseltamivir only in cate B, meant on day 3 or day 4.
Why it is so? a My second query is: Why there is no mention of prophylactic Oseltamivir in Government of India guidelines because we are only suppose to give osetamivir in cat B?
