Testosterone undecanoate clinical trial A phase 3 clinical trial conducted on 155 hypogonadal men (18–65 years old) with serum testosterone levels of £281 ng/dL demonstrated the safety and efficacy of the TU. On day 90 of the study, 139 (88%) TU-treated men displayed a normal range of plasma total testosterone concentration (222–800 ng/dL) over 24 hours.
