The USFDA has approved revumenib for treating relapsed or refractory acute leukemia in adult and pediatric patients one year and older. Revumenib, a menin inhibitor, is specifically indicated for acute leukemia patients with a lysine methyltransferase 2A gene translocation. Clinical evidence In a clinical trial conducted on 104 adult and pediatric patients, revumenib achieved a 21.2% rate of complete remission plus complete remission with partial hematologic recovery with a median duration of 6.4 months.
