An interesting study of a young man with low ejection fraction. The basic rhythm was LBBB in NSR with Normal P-R. Intermittently and quite frequently alternating RBBB and LAHB in Atrial Fibrillation with fast ventricular rate and at times also slow ventricular rate was observed not falling under the criterion of rate-dependent BBB. At one place prolongation of P-R was seen in LBBB.

At few places, a narrow QRS was seen with a P wave. In my 30 years of study, I find it quite confusing to describe and classify. By watching ECGs, how can we describe and classify this case?
