A 26 yr old male with tonsilolith for past 3 month which he've been removing by himself, now with Visible vesicle on parynx and also C/O of floaters increasing in density in rt eye, with intermittent twitching of LT eyelid (on caffeine drinks ), and jock itch which appeared after taking methylprednisolone for allergic rash on face for 3 days and he was on retinoids for few months for acne. asked him to go for ENT and Ophthalm consult but was wondering what it might be!
