A 59 years old woman with diabetes mellitus, gout, osteopenia well controlled with metformin, teneligliptan, glimepiride, allopurinol, glucosamine with diacerene, vitamin D and calcium supplements, atenolol. Lab reports showed, Hb 9.5, Hba1c, uric acid normal range, lipid profile slight hypertriglycerdemia, estrogen severe deficiency.
Patient complained of watering from eyes for the last two years, twice or thrice different ophthalmologist were consulted who advised lubricant eye drops and antibiotic eye drops with different brands but of no use to patient. Kindly advise any investigation or treatment for this case.
