A patient aged 72 yrs has a coronary heart disease, for which he has recently undergone coronary angioplasty and stenting. He is currently taking Clopidogrel 75 mg , aspirin 75 mg, atorvastatin 80 mg nicorandil 30 mg  and atenolol 50 mg. He stopped smoking a year ago.He reports to his family Physician complaining.of black,bloody stools.The problem has worsened over the last 2 days.

He has no previous History of gastro-intestinal problem. What risk factors the patient has for drug induced gastric ADR? What advice should the Family Physician give?
