Hi doctors, I have attended a 48 year female in the morning 4 AM. The complaints were, she had nausea in the morning and vomited once and fell unconscious for 5min, she is hypertensive on regular treatment,non-diabetic, no previous CAD, no BA, no fever, altered sensorium, diarrhoea prior to attack. I checked the vitals it was normal. She recovered in 5min. The only one thing I noted was cold extremitys after the attack. In the afternoon 1 PM, I again got the call she fell unconscious after vomiting, when I went there she was unconscious.

RBS was 360, bp was 130/80, she was in gasping state, making respiratory efforts. We have started CPR and M2M respiration and tried to shift her to hospital from home, unfortunately she expired.
