Hello Doctors This is regarding one relative of mine aged 77 years ,male who had an episode of chest pain lasting for a minute in August 2014..he visited the cardiologist after 2 months and was advised angiogram..angiogram showed triple vessel disease with 60 to 70 % block.The cardiologist prescribed ranolex. metoprolol, ramipril, and asked him to get a date for angioplasty within 15 days.In the meantime he had fracture of radius and was operated upon and hence angioplasty had to be delayed.He has mild parkinson's from 2 years and is on treatment.
One main issue is his fluctuating BP levels.it fluctuates between 190/100 to 130/90..He was added amlodac-D by cardiologist due to high BP..After a month his BP was 70/50 during his visit to cardiologist and they advised to stop anti-hypertensives.
