A 4-month gestational female presented with intense itching. She is on famciclovir 250 BD 7 days monthly and Spiramycin BD for 21 days monthly with 14 days of the gap. IgG positive for CMV, Toxoplasma and Rubella.

What could be the cause of intense itching in the female without any obvious lesion on the skin? Kindly advise management plan.
