A villager patient of 50 years presents with complaints of dyspnoea and fullness in upper abdomen from 1-month getting treatment in his village and not responding. On investigations and examination patient found to have TLC 10800, Hb10gm, Liver++++ ,Ascitis, cardiomegely, pericardial effusion, cp angles not clear, bil.pleural effusion, patchy infiltration in rt lung. He was treated with ATT, diuretic, mucolytic, serratiopeptidase, protein, iron for 45days but poor response. Then I added sidenalfin 25mg for one month and he responded.
Everything got cleared. What is that defect other than TB is responsible for not responding? Image 1=first X-ray before Treatment Image 3=xray after Treatment
