Kindly go through part 1 of this case ( click here ). The patient was given Vit. D, B12, proteins to overcome the deficiency and to cure neuritis if any. But after one month no response. On 1-8-17 I found the lt. upper limb is thinner than rt. but motor power is OK.

I ordered NBC and CT scan of head and neck to find the injury, happened during fall. The patient turn on 14-8-17 with normal reports. Today again during exams I noticed a small lymph node in the arm at lower one-third and on palpating the lymph nodes thicker and firm with beaded feeling. I thought of leprosy /TB. A previous report of MRI from medical college also indicated TB. I started ATT according to body weight. Kindly review the case and advice.
