One of my patients is having erectile dysfunction. His Testosterone level is 100 mmol/ L (ref 200-800) and FSH normal (3.5 IU/ml). Sent to the endocrinologist but said that there is no need of treatment. The patient is anxious about it. Clinically no other feature of androgen deficiency.

Morning erection, sec sex characters, testicular size, libido all are normal. What is the management for androgen deficiency? When and how long? Give your opinion.
