A 50-year male patient having a fever with rashes. Fever with temperature 101-102° F which is continuous. No localizing symptoms or signs, no arthralgia, comorbidities, diabetes, CAD post-PTCA. Started on Meropenem 1 gm (3-times/day) 4 days back. No improvement achieved.

Rash spreading onto face and started itching. Lab reports are attached. What should be the cause of fever with rashes? Suggest probable diagnosis.
