A 55 year’s lady had cough for one month and treated at her town. No history of fever, breathlessness but during one month she developed black discolouration of face and hands. IgE >3000 iu.

TEC 1060/- ESR 62 mm are positive reports, other all normal. Chest on auscultation showed occasional crepts in anterior chest. What is this infection/ Allergic bronchitis/ Allergic dermatitis or Addison's disease?
